HOW TO BE EXCITED FOR TODAY

Last week I was reminded by a fellow yogi about the importance of being excited for life each and every day. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. In the depths of dealing with two back-to-back tragedies, I was reminded that I am still in control of how I feel each day. That it is my outlook that can change the tone of my entire day.
