HOW TO APPRECIATE YOURSELF MORE

This week I am focusing on appreciating the work that I have put into my life. I’m not focused on the results or what I have achieved, but solely on my work.
Do you want to have more appreciation for yourself and your life? Here’s how:
1. PUT AWAY YOUR TO DO LIST //
My to-do list always instills a sense of panic for me. It’s constantly growing and there never seems to be enough time to get everything done.
Put your to-do list away and create your ta-do list. Write down the things you have done. I include everything I do from chores to workouts and everything in between. This is a great way for me to remind myself that I am getting things done.
2. JOURNAL YOUR POSITIVES //
I would love to journal everyday, but it doesn’t always happen. My journal is a place where I can record what isn’t going so well. But I also like to include things that are going well.
It’s much easier to complain than it is to be positive. By practicing writing down your positives it will become easier to think and act positively over time.
3. SPEAK YOUR POSITIVES //
Instead of complaining to your friends, family, or partner all of the time, talk about your achievements, your successes, things that are going well.
The more you speak in positive tones, the more positive you will feel.
Start practicing positivity in your daily life to feel more positive and to appreciate yourself.
