Are you interested in our Pop-up Studio, but still have some questions?
Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions:
1. WHAT IS A POP-UP STUDIO?
A pop-up studio is a short term yoga studio. We are open from August 1st to 31st. We have classes Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Wednesday/Friday mornings.
2. WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES ARE BEING OFFERED?
We are offering 4 styles of classes. The morning classes are both 45-minute flow classes. ‘MORNING FLOW’ is a slow vinyasa flow sequenced to wake up the mind and body. ‘CORE FLOW’ is a sequence flow class to create heat in the body and work on engaging the core of the body. ‘YOGA FIT’ is a 30-minute sequence class targeting all the body parts using traditional yoga poses (be prepared to sweat!). ‘JOGA’ is a “sweat and stretch” style yoga that is tailored for the athletic body (but everyone is welcome!)
4. WHY SHOULD I COME TO YOUR POP-UP?
Why not?! But, really, if you have attended any of my classes you will get the same bubbly and encouraging instructor. You will get to try some new styles and have a say in where we go next!
5. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Definitely bring a mat, a towel, and water. Wear something you are comfortable practicing yoga in and something you don’t mind getting sweaty.
Try not to wear too much perfume if you can (I know this can be hard for the after work classes).
There is a washroom on site if you need to change, but feel free to come ready to go!
