We all deal with pain. This Yoga & Pain Workshop is tailored to those dealing with persistent or chronic pain, however, anyone who has dealt with pain (so, everyone!) is welcome to this intro to pain care yoga.
This 2-hour workshop will provide you with various techniques to continue with your yoga practice in a public setting as well as how to continue your home yoga practice. The breath practices, visualization, and various movement techniques covered in this training will leave you feeling empowered to continue with your yoga practice while supporting you on your journey.
Please bring a blanket or meditation pillow for comfort during this workshop. Please wear comfortable clothing. Water and tea will be provided, please feel free to bring your own snacks and/or drinks.
