Balance with Lightness
This week's practice has an inherent groundedness to it which in itself is not balancing for this time of year (Christmas), but I invite you to find lightness in your thoughts, and perhaps in your body to help balance the heaviness of the sequence.
This hip opening sequence may encourage emotion to release from the body, particularly for women, but overall the sequence will help bring energy back into your body and leave you feeling refreshed.
