Is it just me or did the summer go by too quickly?
I love taking some time at the end of the month to check-in with what went well and what was challenging.
Personally for me, this summer was a time of transition (especially the past month) and it was challenging emotionally, physically, and mentally. I am looking forward to a more structured schedule with more time to focus on my physical health and mental well-being.
I know that it will be a challenge for me to focus on one thing, but that means I will have more time to focus on this online yoga studio/community and I am very much looking forward to that.
Here is how I am planning for a productive September through journalling:
1. WHAT HAS BEEN WORKING //
Getting to the gym and enjoying my workouts
2. WHAT ISN’T WORKING //
Teaching really early in the morning before work (this changes this month, thank goodness!)
Buying meals out instead of packing my meals
3. WHAT I AM FOCUSING ON IN SEPTEMBER //
Keep working on my health and fitness routine
Slowing down and not taking on so much
