Quick Morning Flow
This week I have for you a quick morning flow routine. If you are feeling sluggish in the morning, give this sequence a try to boost your energy levels!
½ vinyasa x3
Side bend to right
Side bend to left
Forward fold (FF) hold
Vinyasa with 3 baby cobras
Downward dog (DD) with walking heels
Wide-armed cobra through vinyasa to DD
Surya A meeting in DD
5 breaths (DD or Child’s pose)
Low lunge - Right side
Low lunge - Left side
Forward fold hold with back stretch (peace fingers to big toes)
Chair pose to FF to DD to child’s pose
