HOW TO AVOID OVERWHELM

You've finished your 200-hour yoga teacher training program and your brain is now full of so much information, where do you even start to teach?

Keep it simple, silly. Stick with what you love and/or are passionate about, teach to the room versus sticking to your plan, and be yourself!

There is nothing worse than feeling overwhelmed while you teach or your students feeling overwhelmed by everything you are trying to tell them. Keep it simple and you will always be able to teach with confidence!
